Shipping and Returns

Since all of our products are custom made we do not accept returns.  

If we make an error we will happily replace with the correct item.

Our products usually ship within 7-10 business days. (sometimes sooner).

You will get notification via email when your product has shipped.

We ship products using USPS.  Once it leaves our facility you can expect your item to arrive in 3-5 days depending on the postal service.
